Riverside County SYNCHRO and Merge/Diverge Analysis for a project proposing eight buildings ranging from approximately 25,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet to be used for light industrial and warehousing land uses.

San Diego County Traffic Impact Analysis for an existing service station and convenience market with 4 fueling positions proposing to redevelop the project site to consist of a service station and convenience market with 12 fueling positions.

Shared Parking Analysis in Los Angeles County for an approximately 150,000 square foot shopping center with an approximately 900 seat movie theatre.

Riverside County Traffic Impact Analysis regarding the relocation of an existing private school to a new facility.  The private school is proposing its attendance to rise from approximately 450 students to approximately 1,500 students.
