Recent Projects


Riverside County Noise Impact Analysis for an approximately 85,000 square foot office project.  The report analyzed the construction and operational noise impacts of the project on nearby residential uses and recommended appropriate mitigation measures.

Orange County Traffic Impact Analysis for the closure of an elementary school.  The traffic impact analysis assesses the traffic impacts associated with transferring the approximately 400 students from the elementary school to be closed to three existing elementary schools within the school district.

Los Angeles County Traffic Impact Analysis for an approximately 75,000 square foot conference center.  The traffic impact analysis utilized the Synchro 7 software to calculate the Intersection Capacity Utilization.

Riverside County Traffic Impact Analysis for a waste transfer center which is proposing to increase the permitted acreage from approximately 8 acres to 22 acres and from approximately 2,600 tons per day to 3,500 tons per day.
