Recent Projects


Traffic Management Plan in Riverside County for an approximately 300 room hotel resort with a meeting space, restaurant, spa, fitness center, business center, gift shop, and golf course pursuing LEED certification. The traffic management plan was conducted to ascertain if a quantifiable reduction in personal automobile use would occur through the implementation of multiple alternative options, mainly the four parts of SS Credit 4.

Parking Analysis in Orange County for an approximately 140,000 square foot shopping center in which an approximately 1,500 square foot restaurant (no bar) is being proposed to be built in a vacant suite.

Los Angeles County Traffic Impact Analysis for a project proposed to be built in two phases with soccer/football fields, basketball/volleyball courts, baseball/softball fields, and a recreational community center.  The traffic impact analysis analyzed existing, Interim Year, and Opening Year traffic conditions.

Riverside County Traffic Impact Analysis for an approximately 2,100 square foot fast food restaurant with drive-thru along the I-10 Freeway.
