Recent Projects


Freeway Merge/Diverge/Weaving Analysis in the County of Riverside for an interchange along the I-215 Freeway. The approximately 80 acre project site is proposed to be developed with over 650,000 square feet of warehousing. The freeway merge/diverge/weaving analysis evaluated the study area for existing and Opening Year traffic conditions.

County of Los Angeles Parking Study for an approximately 50,000 square foot existing office building with a two story parking structure and adjacent parking lot. A parking demand study was conducted to ascertain if the existing office building would provide sufficient parking with the removal of two parking spaces. Also, the two story parking structure and adjacent parking lot were analyzed to determine if the parking structure/lot configuration met current parking standards.

Trip Generation Analysis in the County of San Bernardino for a proposed truck driving school. The purpose of the trip generation analysis was to determine whether or not a traffic study would need to be conducted based on the County of San Bernardino Level of Service significance criteria.
