Recent Projects


Riverside County SYNCHRO and Merge/Diverge Analysis for a project proposing to be developed with approximately 6,000,000 square feet of industrial park, 175,000 square feet of commercial retail, and 625,000 square feet of office use.

County of Los Angeles Parking Study for an approximately 50,000 square foot existing office building with a two story parking structure and adjacent parking lot. A parking demand study was conducted to ascertain if the existing office building would provide sufficient parking with the removal of two parking spaces. Also, the two story parking structure and adjacent parking lot were analyzed to determine if the parking structure/lot configuration met current parking standards.

Trip Generation Analysis in the County of San Bernardino for a proposed truck driving school. The purpose of the trip generation analysis was to determine whether or not a traffic study would need to be conducted based on the County of San Bernardino Level of Service significance criteria.
