Recent Projects

Traffic Safety Analysis in San Bernardino County for a homeowners association.  The purpose of the traffic safety analysis was to look at the various speed bumps that currently exist throughout the roadway network and traffic calming methods which could eliminate these speed bumps and replace them with other traffic calming design features.

Los Angeles County Noise Impact Analysis for a shopping center proposed to be developed with approximately 25,000 square feet of new retail use to augment the existing uses.  The noise study analyzed the project's consistency with City standards and recommended mitigation measures to help maintain the community’s uniquely serene setting.

General Plan Update Traffic Study for a City within the County of San Bernardino that included a comparison of existing 2001 General Plan trip generation projections to 2009 proposed General Plan trip generation projections and intersection Level of Service calculations for existing and Year 2030 traffic conditions.
