Riverside County Traffic Impact Analysis for an approximately 325,000 square foot shopping center, a 30 acre park, and 400 dwelling units of multi-family attached residential analyzing existing, opening year and Year 2035 traffic conditions.

Trip Generation Analysis in San Diego County for an approximately 90 acre cultural center.

Imperial County Focused Traffic Analysis for an approximately 170 parking space parking lot to be constructed for use by the adjacent medical center. The parking lot design was analyzed using three separate alternatives; along with the potential traffic impacts associated with the construction of the parking lot and relocation of an approximately 50 child day care center and 5,000 square feet of medical office.

Parking Study in Orange County for a tanning salon which will occupy an existing and currently vacant approximately 1,600 square foot unit in a shopping plaza.
