Recent Projects


Riverside County Noise Impact Analysis for a new building that is proposed to be developed as a veterinary hospital.  The report evaluated the impact to several local sensitive receptors and discussed the project's consistency with local and State standards.

Orange County Traffic Impact Analysis for an approximately 5 acre project site consisting of a 950 seat dinner theater.  As part of the analysis, trip generation rates were derived from a similar dinner theater.  A parking analysis was also conducted utilizing data collected at a similar dinner theater.  A parking management plan was devised for typical operations at the project site.

County of Los Angeles Traffic impact Analysis for an approximately 15,000 square foot supermarket analyzing Levels of Service for existing, existing plus project, and Year 2011 traffic conditions.

County of San Bernardino Parking Study for the development of a bowling alley that is proposed to be located within an approximately 40,000 square foot vacant building within a shopping center.  Parking counts at the existing facility were conducted to ascertain if adequate parking would occur with the proposed development.
