Recent Projects

Los Angeles County Focused Traffic Analysis to determine whether or not a subsequent or supplemental CEQA document must be prepared to augment the previous Environmental Assessment prepared two decades prior.  An analysis was conducted at the study area intersections to determine if the Level of Service thresholds of significance are exceeded with the addition of project traffic.

County of Kern Traffic Impact Analysis for a development proposing approximately 150 single-family detached residential dwelling units, 350 multi-family residential dwelling units, 300,000 square feet of commercial retail, and a 15 acre park.

County of San Bernardino Traffic Impact Analysis for a proposed junior high, high school, graduate, and post-graduate college campus.  A Level of Service analysis was conducted for existing, Opening Year, and Year 2035 traffic conditions.

County of Imperial Traffic Impact Analysis for an existing solid waste facility currently operating at approximately 30 tons per day which is proposing to operate at approximately 150 tons per day.
