Recent Projects


Inland Empire Trip Generation Analysis for high-cube warehouse distribution center land use. The broad based survey and data collection effort was designed to provide a better understanding of truck trip generation rates for high-cube warehouse distribution centers, with emphasis on facilities that have the size and automated operations typical of modern logistics facilities.  The high-cube warehouse distribution center trip generation rates were devised from data collected at thirty-one sites as well as the Port of Los Angeles/Port of Long Beach.

County of Riverside Traffic Impact Analysis for an approximately 21 acre educational facility consisting of a new apartment-style student housing complex providing approximately 800 student beds.  A Level of Service analysis was conducted for existing, existing plus ambient growth plus project, and Opening Year traffic conditions.

County of Orange Traffic Impact Analysis for a project consisting of single-family detached residential dwelling units replacing an existing church.

County of Riverside Trip Generation Comparison for an approximately 350,000 square foot high-cube warehouse distribution center updating the previous plot plan.
