San Bernardino County Focused Traffic Analysis regarding the Level of Service impacts for the removal, processing, and transport of steel scrap.  A line of sight analysis and truck turning template analysis was conducted as part of the Focused Traffic Analysis.

Low Desert Traffic Impact Analysis regarding the expansion of an existing mall to increase the project to approximately 400,000 square feet from an existing approximately 250,000 square feet. 

Trip Generation Analysis within San Bernardino County for an approximately 250,000 square foot light industrial complex which includes 10 buildings.

Orange County Traffic Study for a medical office, retail use, and student day care center analyzing existing, Year 2010, and Year 2030 traffic conditions.
