Recent Projects


County of Los Angeles SYNCHRO and Traffic Impact Analysis for a street widening project involving a Level of Service analysis for existing and Year 2035 traffic conditions for three alternatives.  As part of the study, an analysis of the number of traffic accidents reported along the study area roadway network over the last four years was conducted.  The study also included a traffic signal warrant analysis.

Riverside County Traffic Impact Analysis for the expansion of a delivery service facility.  A Level of Service Analysis was performed for Opening Year plus Project and Opening Year plus Project plus Cumulative scenarios.  The report also analyzed an intersection to determine whether a signal would be warranted.

Peer Review of a Traffic Impact Analysis for a large hotel redevelopment project in Los Angeles County.  The project includes the addition of 560 hotel rooms, 100 residential units, 1,500,000 square feet of general office, and 275,000 square feet of amenity areas.
