Recent Projects

County of Riverside Comprehensive Traffic Study for fifty-five (55) intersections and sixty-two (62) roadway segments.  The purpose of the traffic study was to analyze existing and General Plan Buildout traffic conditions to update the Circulation Element of the General Plan for a planning area covering approximately 4,400 acres.

Riverside County Noise Impact Analysis for a 22-acre site with steep terrain proposed to be developed with 44 single family residential dwelling units.   The report included a Traffic Noise Model (TNM) analysis of impacts to the proposed project from the planned extension of a major arterial.

Traffic Impact Analysis for a master plan in the County of Los Angeles.  The project includes the construction of a 153,000 square foot governmental facilty as well as a 60,000 square foot library.  The report included both Intersection Caspacity Utilization and fair share analyses.
