City of Indio Traffic Impact Analysis for proposed multi-family attached residential dwelling units, a movie theatre, offices, commercial retail, and a supermarket.

City of Newport Beach Traffic Impact Analysis for the redevelopment of an existing site. New commercial retail, offices, and food service uses are proposed to replace an existing vacant restaurant.

City of Corona Noise Impact Analysis for an expansion lot to accommodate vehicle storage and sales. The report analyzed the construction and operational noise impacts of the project on nearby residential uses and recommended appropriate mitigation measures.

County of Riverside Noise Impact Analysis for a proposed affordable housing project. The noise study analyzed the projectís consistency with the City standards and recommended mitigation measures.
