County of San Bernardino Focused Traffic Analysis for a proposed high-cube warehouse distribution center. A Level of Service analysis was conducted for existing and year 2030 traffic conditions. A trip generation and a project fair share anaysis was also conducted.

County of Orange Parking Analysis for a proposed restaurant. The purpose of the parking analysis was to determine if adequate existing and future parking spaces are provided for the restaurant.

County of Los Angeles Traffic Impact Analysis Peer Review for a relocation of a proposed golf course and single-family homes.
