County of San Bernardino Air Quality, Global Climate Change, and Health Risk Assessment Impact Analysis for a proposed high-cube warehouse distribution center project.  The purpose of the study is to address the possibility of regional and local air quality impacts, global climate change impacts, and cancer risk from diesel air emissions.

County of Orange Parking Analysis for an existing office building. The proposed project consists of converting existing office land uses to medical land uses. The purpose of the parking analysis was to determine if adequate existing and future parking spaces are provided for the site.

County of Los Angeles Trip Generation Comparison for an existing office and truck maintenance building.  The proposed project consists of keeping the office building and constructing a high-cube warehouse distribution center building.
