County of Orange Air Quality, Global Climate Change, and Health Risk Assessment Impact Analysis for a memory care facility.  The purpose of the study is to address the possibility of regional and local air quality impacts, global climate change, and cancer risk from diesel air emissions.

County of Los Angeles Parking Analysisfor a proposed medical office.  The purpose of the parking analysis was to determine if adequate future parking spaces are provided for the site.

County of Riverside Noise Impact Analysis for an outlet mall.  The noise study analyzed the construction and operation noise impacts of the project on a nearby residential uses and recommended appropriate mitigation measures.

County of San Bernardino Traffic impact Analysis for a high-cube warehouse distribution center.  A Level of Service analysis was conducted for existing, existing plus project, opening year and year 2035 traffic conditions.
