County of San Bernardino Air Quality, Global Climate Change, and Health Risk Assessment Impact Analysis for a 400,547 square foot high-cube warehouse distribution center. The purpose of the study is to address the possibility of regional and local air quality impacts, global climate change, and cancer risk from diesel air emissions.

County of Riverside Traffic Impact Analysis for a proposed 1,782 multi-family attached residential, a 76 room hotel, a 34,700 square foot movie theatre, 559,000 square foot office, 232,500 square foot commercial retail, and 25,000 square foot supermarket mixed-use development. Also, sight distance analysis was conducted to determine if the proposed outbound project driveways will provide adequate stopping distance, decision sight distance, and corner sight distance.
