County of Los AngelesTraffic Signal Warrant Analysis for an intersection. The purpose of this traffic signal warrant analysis is to determine if the installation of a traffic signal is justified at the intersection.

County of Riverside Traffic Impact Analysis for a 42,870 square foot new car dealership.  A Level of Service analysis was conducted for existing, existing plus project, and opening year traffic conditions.

County of Orange Focused Traffic Analysis for 300 patron worship building.   The focused traffic analyzed the project’s traffic generation, determined the project’s traffic impacts to a nearby intersection and recommended appropriate parking mitigation measures.
