General Plan Update: Housing, Land Use, and Circulation Elements Noise Impact Analysis The noise study within the County of San Bernardino analyzed the impacts generated by proposed changes in the housing, land use and circulation elements of the city’s proposed general plan and recommended appropriate mitigation measures.

County of Los Angeles Parking and Traffic Impact Analysis for a college facility master plan. The purpose of the parking analysis was to determine if adequate parking spaces will be provided with future conditions. A Level of Service analysis was conducted for existing, existing plus project, and Year 2020 traffic conditions.
